The AGKBSS Executive Committee would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Happy Ramnavami.

This is the fourth major festival within the Hindu Calendar for 2018 following on from Holi. The festival signifies the birth or Lord Ram, the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu.

On Ramnavami, many individuals observe fasts as a sign of devotion and faith.

Sri Ram descended on Earth with the purpose to rid the Earth of Ravan – a wicked and cruel Asur (demon).
